WeRoadBorn from the idea of rethinking the way people travel together, WeRoad has become in just a few years one of the most interesting scaleups in Europe, building a model that places experience, brand, and a sense of belonging at its core. How do you move from a startup to a structured company without losing your identity? What strategic choices enable rapid scaling across different markets? And how much do people (the team, the community, the relationships) matter in turning fast growth into a project that can endure over time?

Francesco CostaA conversation with Francesco Costa, editor-in-chief of Il Post, on entrepreneurship, journalism and a culture of risk. In America, doing business means being able to make mistakes, try again and gain rapid access to networks and opportunities; in Italy, however, these elements take more time and can become a constraint. How are opportunities changing, and what role do universities play in supporting ideas? The discussion also touched on the case of Il Post, a former start-up that has built value by placing an active community at its heart. A dialogue on what we can learn, on what we can change and on why, today more than ever, it makes sense to have the courage to try and build something.

IbridaIbrida is a start-up founded by alumni of the School of Design of the Politecnico di Milano and born as a project within the Final Synthesis Laboratory of PSSD. Ibrida is a BREAD BEER that does not aim to change the world when concerned about food waste, but give a second life to bread baked with a lot of love and passion by the local bakeries. Ibrida means "hybrid", representing the perfect synthesis between the tradition of brewing and the trend of baking bread, and the perfect combination of the entrepreneurial and social spirit.
